2. Shipping & Delivery

  • How much does shipping cost? We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia, with no minimum purchase required.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Our delivery timeline consists of:

    • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

    • Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday). Total estimated delivery is 6 – 10 business days.

  • Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return. Our policy is fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • How do I start a return? Please contact us at info@oravelle-home.com. Important: Do not send items to our administrative office in the Netherlands. We will provide you with the correct Australian return instructions once your request is authorized.

  • Are there any restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 AUD).

  • When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
