At Oravelle Home (www.oravelle-home.com), your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below. Onze procedures zijn volledig in overeenstemming met de Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@oravelle-home.com.
Authorization: All returns must be authorized before shipping. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and the authorized return address.

2. Return Conditions

To receive a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Please ensure items are securely packaged; if items are returned damaged or show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, a depreciation fee may be deducted from the refund.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, Oravelle Home covers all return shipping costs. Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind: For standard returns (buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 AUD).

4. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

5. Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Contact info@oravelle-home.com to arrange a different model or color.
Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Customs, Taxes & Duties

At Oravelle Home, we strive for a transparent checkout.

GST: Prices shown include 10% GST where applicable.
Import Duties: For most orders under $1,000 AUD, no additional duties apply. For orders exceeding this threshold, any customs fees imposed by Australian Border Force are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Important Address Notice

The registered address in Leiden is our administrative office and is not a return facility.

Do not send returns to the Netherlands address. Items sent there without prior approval cannot be processed. We will provide a specific return address upon approval of your request.
